Can’t Make Up Your Mind? It’s Just a Confidence Thing

Ready to kiss goodbye to all that confidence-crushing stress?

When it comes to manifesting your dreams through your subconscious mind, here’s the simple truth: “You attract what you believe. Period.”

It really is that straightforward. But here’s what I’ve learned – nothing beats having solid confidence in yourself. Confidence means you actually trust yourself. When you trust yourself, you can make decisions without endless second-guessing, and once you’ve chosen your path, you can relax and watch things unfold naturally.

That’s why I’m sharing this three-part series to help you break free from the “I’m just not confident enough” trap.

Stuck in decision paralysis?

Here’s something I hear all the time: even though we talk about how “you attract what you believe” and “you’re the author of your own story,” I still get messages from people who feel shaky about their choices. They’re wondering things like “Did I make the right call?” or “Am I even really deciding anything?” or “Will this actually work if I just… decide it will?” They tell me they feel like they can’t truly make up their minds or they’re not sure if they’re really making decisions at all.

Usually, this comes down to a confidence issue – that little voice saying “If I decide something, it’s supposed to happen? There’s no way I’m that powerful! I can’t possibly do something like that!” Trust me, I used to think exactly the same way.

Low confidence = questioning everything you do

Back when I struggled with confidence, I felt this nagging uncertainty about pretty much everything. Even when I wanted to try something new, I’d get all worked up and anxious, wondering if my approach was even remotely okay. I questioned every single thing I did. It made me feel like I couldn’t even properly “decide” anything for myself – it was genuinely tough.

Looking back, I think going through that phase was important for my growth. But wow, it was draining to constantly doubt myself and wonder “Am I even allowed to want this?”

It’s just about shifting your mental habits

Here’s the thing – this is really just a thinking pattern you’ve gotten used to. So when you notice yourself thinking “Ugh, here I go doubting myself again,” just pause, take a deep breath, and gently guide yourself back to your confident self. The more I practiced this, the quieter those doubts became, and eventually I realized I’d transformed into someone who actually believed in herself. When you become your own cheerleader, life gets so much brighter! If confidence feels like a struggle right now, I really encourage you to try this approach.

Funny enough, when I lacked confidence, I was way more into checking my horoscope than I am now. I had this one astrologer whose gentle, reassuring way of writing always made everything feel like it would work out just fine. Those detailed yearly readings were always such a treat to dive into!
