【Series: Questions from Everyone – Part 6】 I Can’t Become the Self That Comes True on Christmas or My Birthday

Hello. This is Iruru.

Today, I would like to share some of the questions I received on the consultation form that I thought would be helpful to many people.

(The content of the question has been changed as appropriate to the extent that individuals are not identified)

I want to be with him on my birthday and Christmas, but he's not there.
I want to be the self that has come true, but I still find myself thinking, "I want to be with him." If I were the self that has come true, I should be spending time with him, and yet I find myself focusing on the self that hasn't come true.

I want to spend Christmas and birthdays with him!

Normally, I can just get by and be the person I want to be, but during the event season and holiday season, the city is filled with lovers, and the number of events for lovers increases, and think like I can't help but think, ``I wish I had him in a place like this,'' or ``He's not here right now.'

I really can understand your feelinglol

Because he's not in my reality, I can't seem to become the version of myself who "should be spending time with him" and has come true.

In particular, Christmas is an event for lovers, and we see a lot of advertisements, restaurants, hotels, illuminations, and other things to make the event more exciting, so it's understandable that we might end up comparing ourselves to happy couples. .

However, I want you to be the person you fulfilled, so basically, it's okay to feel a little sad (ego), but please come back to your lovey-dovey self (feelings) with him. That's all.

Also, something to be careful about is not letting ``him'' become too much of a part of your daily life, saying things like ``If I were with him, I would do this'' or ``If I was with him, we would do this together.'' mosquito? about it.

Is “him” everywhere in your life?

Isn't it wonderful that when you think of something fun or see something he likes, you can't help but think of him and say, "I want to teach him!" or "I want to tell him!"

However, when I look back on myself, when I was doing that, both when we were dating and when we broke up, my life centered around him.

I thought I just liked him, but now that I'm worried about him, I've been neglecting myself more and more, and looking back on it now, it hurts a bit.

Whether I have him or not, I should be able to be happy on my own. And if two people who are both happy fall in love, things will only get more fun. So, even if you tend to focus on him, try making yourself happy first.

I want you to discover all sorts of small things that make you happy. If you do this, even after you get back together, I think you'll be able to freely fall in love without being swayed by him.

What if Christmas is still lonely?

Still, I feel lonely at Christmas! Personally, I recommend that you enjoy preparing for Christmas at home.

For example, I'm not particularly a Christian, but I like the atmosphere of Christmas, and every year I try to make stollen, orange pomanders, gingerbread houses, drink cinnamon-flavored tea, and do a lot of other things every year. I enjoy doing it.

On the other hand, lovers often don't like or sympathize with this sort of thing, so it doesn't really matter whether you have a boyfriend or not.

I especially like making orange pomanders because it's like meditation because it allows me to be completely free.

Once it's finished and dried, it can also be used as a talisman and insect repellent, so if you're interested, please give it a try.

Rather than making a gingerbread house from scratch, we recommend using a commercially available kit that uses cookies that have already been baked, as it is easier and more beautiful! The scent of cinnamon and ginger will liven up the event season!

I highly recommend Harney & Sons' Hot Cinnamon Spice tea! Ever since Meguru taught me about this, it has become a must-have for the holiday season! It will keep your body warm and the nice scent will soothe you!
