Using Your Subconscious Mind to Get Back Together After a Breakup
Using Your Subconscious Mind to Get Back Together
I broke up with the person I love.
There’s no way to stay in touch anymore. I subconsciously want to get back together. I know many of you come to this blog with that exact feeling.
Here’s what you need to know:
Your desires come true through the subconscious mind: “Because I think so, it will happen.”
All you have to do is decide what you want to experience.
Have you truly decided what you want?
I want to get back together with them. I want to make up. I want my unrequited love to work out… any of these desires are perfectly valid.
But don’t focus your thoughts on the immediate circumstances, like “getting back together” or “getting married.”
Instead, decide what kind of relationship you want to have with this person ultimately. Decide on the end result you truly desire.
Once you decide, just become the person who already has that from “now.”
So, have you decided? Have you stepped into being that person?
If I asked you:
“Aren’t you so happy that you and your person are deeply in love?”
what would you think?
If your first thought is doubt…
“Well, I’ve made up my mind, but nothing has changed in reality, and I can’t even contact them.”
If that’s your first response, you’re missing out on so much power!
Because when you think this way, you’re focusing more on current reality than on your decision.
Even though you say you’ve decided what you want, you actually haven’t fully committed to it.
Do you truly value your inner knowing?
The subconscious mind operates on this principle: “Because you think so, it will happen.”
If you want to manifest your desires through your subconscious mind, your inner knowing comes first. You should value only your thoughts and ignore the ego that gets confused when it looks at current circumstances.
That earlier question reveals whether you’re more focused on your decision or on external reality.
If you find yourself checking reality for proof, you’re focusing on reality. If you’ve truly decided to manifest through your subconscious mind, this approach is counterproductive. Come back to your inner knowing immediately.
When you value only your thoughts and embody your desired self, you’ll realize that your inner world has become your outer reality before you even notice the shift.
When this happens, some people stare at their circumstances wondering, “When did this come true? Has it manifested yet?” Don’t be that person.
Your thoughts don’t need to match current reality
It’s perfectly okay if you can’t contact them right now. It’s fine if you’re currently having conflict with them.
None of that matters. What they’re saying or doing right now doesn’t matter.
What matters is this: I am deeply loved by them. That’s it.
It might seem a little strange and disconnected from current reality, but that’s perfectly fine.
No matter what’s happening in your external world, when you work with your subconscious mind, current circumstances have no power over your manifestation.
Simply be yourself in your desired reality. Let go of anything that feels like “it’s not happening.” That’s really all there is to it.
So when someone asks you, “Aren’t you so happy that you and your person are deeply in love?”, I want you to naturally respond with something like “Yes! Everything worked out so beautifully, we’re so happy together!”
Getting back together is truly effortless when you approach it this way! We’re cheering you on for your beautiful reunion!
